When I was studying food science I found my love for ice cream flavour development. When I grow up I want to invent ice cream flavours and get paid for it. In the mean time I just dream them up and share them here for you to enjoy.

I make all of my creations with a Cuisinart 1L ice cream maker. It was cheap as chips and super simple to use. Patience is the key with ice cream, make sure everything is chilled before starting the churning process other wise you won't form small ice crystals and aerate the custard leaving you with a dense icy slab.
